Recently I read a friend's blog post, in which he introduced me to the Holstee Manifesto. I had not previously heard of this, but was tickled to note that it describes my own personal philosophy on life to at tee. It states:
As I read this, my reaction was a resounding YES! I have tried to live my life this way since the death of my dad in 2006. I don't ever want to look back on my life with regret, wishing that I had done X, Y, or Z. Why should I let anything stop me from accomplishing all of my dreams and aspirations? I firmly believe that if you don't like your life, you should change it. The power to have the life we want is in our own hands!
Thanks for the shout-out! It's a great life philosophy, and I'm glad you've been doing it for long before you saw the Holstee Manifesto!
